I am writing to bring to your notice that behavior of your relationship manager at Godrej Properties is quite unacceptable. I have purchased two flats in your Thane Emerald Project. However, I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by your team. I have asked to change my Relationship Manager and assign me some other person and I have escalated it but I haven’t received any response from any one.
Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
