I purchased a flat in Godrej Nurture, Bangalore around 3 years back. The flat is under construction and I want to sell it. However, to sell the flat, buyer should have the sales agreement.
Godrej said they sent original sales agreement long back but I never received it. Now I cannot sell the unit since I do not have an agreement .
I do not understand If Godrej is dispatching such a important document, why cannot you inform…
