I booked a flat in Vananta apartment scheme in Godrej garden city in Ahmedabad in December 2019. At that time, possession was promised in December 2022. Due to covid, the date was changed to April 2022 for possession. It’s almost May end now and they are still making one excuse or other. It seems It’s going to take another 3-4 months. Also, they gave out property to people of Swaminarayan in December 2022 for about a month.
