I had blocked(Not booked even) the plot in Godrej Orchard Nagpur as per agent suggestions with few doubts as i stay in Hyderabad. Later i visited the site and took few more days to decide and then cancelled the plot with Agent Akash Nagdive on call. After that they keep on showing me other alternatives but i did not like and now i don’t want buy it all due to some financial issues but they are not ready to refund my token amount. I had asked about cancellation 2-3 times earlier too but they were keep on saying just see few more options and we ll see that later. But now they are not returning my money when i m in financial need now. Please help.
