Hi, My flight from Bangalore to Phuket dated 19th May 2023, and from Phuket to Bangalore dated 27th May 2023 was canceled by Go First ( Go AIR) and PNR for both tickets are I37L2L and F4K54V.
I spoke with Airline on 9th May 2023 about my refund and they said that a refund had been initiated and would be refunded to my account within 8-10 days however I haven’t received it yet and now they are not taking any responsibility for my refund.
I need my money asap as it’s around 1.5 lakh and it’s stuck with them where I need to pay the bill for those tickets which I had to buy at a higher cost due to their cancellation.
