Hi, We had to cancel our trip due to flight cancellation of flights by GO AIR, we had booked through clear trip, the flights were from Mumbai to Kochi and back, with travel dates on 9th May and return on 12th May for 4 passengers .
we cancelled the ticket but still have not received the refund, the travel agent has mailed stating they have not received the refund .
It is a very sad situation for a customer to keep chasing for his own refund, The airline (GO AIR) and service agent (Clear Trip) is just tossing the customer from one pillar to other .
