I ordered a Saree from Glamwiz (company website – Glamwiz.com) and the quality of saree was so cheap it was nothing like I paid 2, 900 rupees for it. And the colour was nothing like that on the website. I agree that there will be some variation but the saree was completely different, i ordered a white saree with pink Ombre but what I got was an ugly pink purple with white no where in sight. I repeatedly tried to contact the seller but no response from there end, and they responded like after 10 days and said the colour is same, no return is possible. I have been overly frustrated and irritated by their rude customer service and so sad that my money is going in vain. Also for returns they don’t return the amount instead provide a gift card for their business only. So my money is already invested in that business the least they can do is allow me the change that pathetic saree. That saree is a disappointment and I cry every time I see it. 2900 was a very big amount for me and seeing it wasted like that just gets my heart broken. Help me please!!
