Disrupted Classes: For the past month, classes have been abruptly halted, leaving us in a state uncertainty and confusion. The online classroom environment is heavily controlled, with students being muted and only trainers having the ability to communicate. This severely hampers our ability to actively participate, ask questions, and truly engage in the learning process. As a result, the educational experience has been compromised, further exacerbating our distress and frustration.
Inability to Study or Learn: Given the challenges posed by the disrupted classes and limited interaction, it has become increasingly difficult for us to study and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. The pressure of impending EMIs adds an immense burden that distracts us from focusing on our education. The promise of “pay after placement” was a significant factor in our decision to join Geeklurn, as it provided a sense of security. However, the current situation has shattered our confidence and faith in the institute’s commitment to supporting our educational journey.
Financial Strain: As a collective group of approximately 2000 students, we are unable to bear the financial burden of the EMIs. The sudden change in circumstances, coupled with the absence of promised scholarships or placements, has left us in a precarious financial situation. It is unfair and unjust to expect us to shoulder the responsibility of the loan without the promised assistance or viable employment opportunities.
I implore the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to thoroughly investigate these matters and take swift action against Geeklurn Educated Services Pvt Ltd and Aditya Birla Finance Limited. It is imperative to address the lack of clarity, fraudulent practices, coercive behavior, disrupted classes, and the financial strain imposed on innocent students.
Enclosed with this email, you will find supporting documentation, including loan agreements, correspondence, evidence of disrupted classes, and any other relevant materials that substantiate our claims. I humbly request you to thoroughly review the evidence and initiate a comprehensive investigation into the activities of both Geeklurn Educated Services Pvt Ltd and Aditya Birla Finance Limited.
