ftx trading software is Fraud company and speaking rude after made the payment. I will explain what happened with ftxtradingsoftware.com, it would help for the new comers who wanted to invest here.
I have worked with following persons
1) Anthony
2) Sam
3) Swetha
4) Poonam
5) Stella
6) Peter
7) Ankita
8) Rupali
9) finally Roshini
I hope all these name are also fake names.
Started from Anthony
1) Anthony :
He contacted me to buy the software for 22,000 rupees and invest 20000 rupees for one basic currency account as it’s a very safe and never get the lose.
He told me there are 3 accounts in currency
a) Basic – 22000 rupees
b) VIP currency – 44000 rupees
c) Master currency – 100000 rupees
I paid 22,000 rupees for basic currency and invested 20000 rupees and server amount 5500. Total amount paid 49500 rupees.
2) Swetha
Then swetha contacted me and said that what ever the above person (Anthoy) said is not correct as he is a executive and I am a manager so I will explain the thing.
a) There is no 3 different software for currency.
b) It will differ based on the setting.
c) You pay another 22000 , so I will make the first account and new one also I will give as VIP setup.
I paid another 22000 and server 4700. Invested amount 20000. This time, I paid 46700. Total paid amount : 96200
3) Stella
Stella contacted me and said that you can shift your account to chennai. For that you pay 22000 rupees. So that we can shift all 2 accounts to chennai branch.
I didn’t accept that i luckily escaped.
4) Poonam
Poonam contacted me and asked 75000 rupees for 5 accounts. I paid this money and didn’t make any server and activate the accounts.
Total paid amount is 1,71,200 rupees.
Since the account is not activated, I raised a request to refund 75000 rupees. It’s clearly mentioned in the invoice that if the account is not activated for 5 working days the amount can be refunded.
I requested after 5 working days as mentioned in the invoice.
5) Sam
I didn’t get any response from poonam and Swetha for the refund. Then, I contacted customer support.
Sam is the person used to attend the customer case number. No one will pick the call if he is not available.
Sam said that Poonam left from the company so you have to contact Swetha or Peter.
6) Peter
I contacted Peter and requested the amount that i paid 75000 for 5 softwares. I am clearly saying to him that the account is not activated and am asking this refund as mentioned in the invoice.
He replied me, you will never get the single paisa from us even you come with chief minster. Also, you come with prime minister you never get single paisa.
Don’t waste your energy…. you already have signed the agreement so you can’t do anything.
7) Ankita
She always say please contact your account manager swetha or peter.
8) Roshini
Finally Roshini called me and trying to solve that issue. after that she is also not responding.
The first 2 accounts were running for only 30 days and ended with washout. The amount 40000 that i invested is lost in single day.
They are opening a grandft account to invest the money. That one also is fraud company. They won’t allow to withdraw the money without ftx executives permission.
So finally i lost 1,71,200 in single month.
ftx trading software software is not capable when the market is continuous up or continues down of 1.25 percentage. If the market is going within 1 percentage up or down then you will get average 1 dollar profit.
But, 1.25 up/down is very normal in any market. Their software will not handle that situation. You will loose your money within 1 month or max 45 days.
Please be careful with these ftx trading software guys.

I have read many comments like there is no company said address.
They are heart less people and trying to grab the money as much as possible from us. This is going to be a very big scam as many people impacted with this but not coming up since it’s related to stock market scam.
