This letter severs as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted to your main branch at Rajouri Garden during the procedure of registration and admission formalities.After the counseling session, I was selected to pursue 11 months vocational training course- Frankfinn certificate in aviation, hospitality and travel management (FCAHTM) on 10th may 2023 and paid a total amount of Rs.15000.

I’m Neha chhetri from Darjeeling I was very much interested into aviation course and somehow I made up my mind to join in the Frankfinn institute, Dharampeth branch, Nagpur. So I paid the registration fee of Rs 15000- on 1/11/2023 However, i was not able to join the classes due to financial problem and because of my family situation, my father is against with my admissions and my grandmother was getting hospitalise. I belong a poor family. And i was taken a money for admissions by someone else in per day interest. Now i don’t have enough money to give them back. And my father was also a zomato delivery man, they don’t have that much of payment for my admissions to. I already send a email to care@frankfinn but they denied for the refund. i requested them so many times but they didn’t understand my situation. Even i visited to the branch centre also so many times but they didn’t talk with us nicely and they also denied for the refund. They talk so badly, harshly and rudely. I am requesting you for the refund for the treatment of my grandmother. I haven’t attended a single class yet. Hope you understand my situation. I’ve taken a admission fees by interest and some from mortgage of my gold which I already informed the counsellor while making a payment. Now that my situation has gotten worse that I’m unable to manage money. I don’t have any additional financial support. This help from you will be appreciated.
