We have purchased apartment in New tower “H” in Victoria Heights Peer Muchalla, Zirakpur . At the time of allotment (2021), Fortune Multitech Pvt Ltd charged INR 35400 ( INR 2950 / month ), where as other previsouly build tower residents were charged INR 2150 . The builders never disclosed the maintenance charges they were taking from previsouly build towers of same area i.e 3BHK .
The charges of 3 BHK for Tower H is equal to 4 BHK of tower’s in same society .This is totally wrong on part of Fortune Multitech Pvt Ltd, Panchkula
Recently Fortune Multitech Pvt Ltd has increased the maintanence charges .They have increased 15% charges on monthly maintenence charges ( INR 3392 ) for Tower H, where as other 3 BHK towers are paying same as before i.e 2150 / month .
This is totally unethical from the builder as no other special facility is being given to tower H residents but being charged more .
