We have taken membership from fala in August 2022 and requesting them to refund our money Rs.1,00,000. Within few days of our membership we had a medical emergency in our family where my brother in law was diagnosed with Kidney disease and had to undergo dialysis. We reached out to the team for refund, but the team is telling that we will get it. They are having meeting to discuss the issue but no reply from them. Kindly Help us in getting our hard earned money for our medical needs.
