I booked a ticket for Canada, but my visa was denied and I had to cancel the ticket. This guy Kaushal rai owner is making a fool of me and he is not refunding my money. I took a loan and bank is calling me everyday to repay the loan but he is not refunding a huge amount of 90 k rupees. Even his address is fake and he doesn’t have an office. I have been following up everyday but he is just saying that I will refund but he is not refunding since 45 days. I am in urgent need of money because I have to pay my loan back. I have even cried and begged him for my own money because my father is a heart patient but he is not refunding. Please help
