Sir as you know that I have joined from 18th of April 2023 and today is 19th May 2023. And today Mr. Utkarsh (HR) have taken a forceful resignation from me stating that I found to be culprit in a quarrel between me and my batchmate Ashutosh, Ashutosh is that person who misbehaved with me by using abusive language again and again in front of the whole batch and when I have given him warnings to stop the nonsense he didn’t stopped and continued vulgar things.
On this scenario, our trainer Mr. Vijay reported that incident to HR. Mr. Utkarsh and I have got an email for “show cause notice” as per the policies, but today he practised a partially and non-ethical action against me and have taken my resignation forcefully and submitted by his own.This is not acceptable to me.I do respect all the individuals, but some are having different mindsets and attitude. And this could impacts someone’s life. And I don’t want to be ruined by those kind of people.I will file a complaint against Ashutosh and Mr. Utkarsh for being partial in their practices and have taken wrong action against me.I will definitely fight for myself and my rights.
