I have booked a flight to Russia through Easemytrip of Oman Airways. Due to some operational reason one of the flight was cancelled by Oman and Oman has asked us to contact the Agent for rescheduling the flight free of cost.
Easemytrip is asking for additional rescheduling charges which is around 40k, and after fighting that Oman has approved free of cost, it is not responding and we are asked to wait for 2 hours for solution, we asked to get the call diverted to senior person, that commitment is also made by the travel agent and still have not received any call from easemytrip. It is almost 3 days we are unable to reschedule one single flight,We had 10 more tickets through different agents however they have not charged us and have resolved in 10 mins
