I John K Beimosia have booked a flight with Air Alliance PNR G3E3ZW under the booking no. EMT[protected] via Easemytrip from Aizawl to Shillong.However, the flight was canceled by airlines due to such inconvenience since I opted for the refunds I’ve been waiting for 2 months and haven’t received any till dates.
I have booked my flight on 20th April 2023 subsuming i applied for the refunds and provided all the required docs such as proof of cancellation of the flight as per the site
I have called the Air Alliance team Lengpui this morning and they mentioned that the travel site have to claim it.Even after i told them to claim they kept on giving me the same response for 2 months that they have escalated the matters
I have never experienced such inappropriate and unprofessionalism incidents.However, I do not recommend any person to book their itenary with easemytrip.It was a mistake booking with ease my trip I have been waiting till date haven’t received yet
