I purchased a silver membership for vacations in India. While registering I was told to pay around 800 for yearly maintenance. Now that I got the package, every time I call them I get to hear that season is going on so all the rooms are booked. First the said you cant book for first 3 months. Now I tried to book in March and they said till June end nothing is available. The hotels given from them cost not more than 3-4k per night and are very cheap then what we were shown. Now I asked for refund and they are not picking calls and not replying to emails. The asked for 8k yearly maintenance. Its like we are scammed for 75k and keep paying 8k per year. If we go to those same hotels on our own, it costs less then my whole package and mine is only 3 years.
Doves vacation is a fraud and cheating company. They looot my hard earned money, by providing a offer, not responding to my call, not responding to my message. Viewers of this message they are number one cheater, booking a 5 star hotel, inform you since you are having maruti car, hundai car, tata car… Etc they have tie-up with so and so automobile, and you got offfer. They are looting lakhs of rupees of our hard earned money. Please raise your voice.🙏

I do agree with above complaints and facing same issues. Not at all happy with service and hotels provided by them. It is very cheap.
