Doves Vacation is Refund not processing

I had canceled my doves vacation membership due to trust issues. They confirmed cancellation receipt and informed me over an email that I am eligible for full refund and same will be processed within 90 days from the cancellation day (23rd Feb). When the 90 days period was over, I reached out to them to request for refund, but they pushed it for another month without giving any reason and no date confirmation as when will get my money back. I would like to register a cheating case against them
