Dishonest and RUDE behavior of driver

I want to complian regarding DISHONEST and RUDE behavior of driver . I wanted to keep my 2 big trolly bags in DICKEY ( back storage ), but driver rejected my request saying that i have to adjust it near my seat which was practically not possible . After repeated argument he agreed to keep bags but he was not willing to give RECEIPT CARD for that . I want to know what is the policy of VRL ? Are they not liable to give us receipt card ? If something happens to our luggage who will be liable if receipts are not given? Why few bus drivers have to destroy the reputation of such a reputed ENTITY ( VRL ) . Next when we were getting down at JALAHLLI METRO STATION, driver dint got us down at metro station instead he DEMANDED us to get down at signal in a very rude manner . Is this the way service is provided ? I am very upset with service provided by VRL this time . I am regular PASSENGER of VRL u can check it through my Mail ID ajaypatil.ap18@gmail.com Please take strict action against this driver . I hope justice is served and needful is done .
