Disconnection of internet connection was requested on 7th Nov 2022.
Despite frequent follow ups the ONU device was not collected from me.
Finally it was collected on 22nd Jan 2023.
After that I am still waiting for refund of Rs. 3, 229/- (Rs. 1, 000/- deposit and Rs. 2, 229/- 3 month advance).
Even after frequent follow ups, the amount is not yet refunded.
