I have booked a 2 kotah bungalow ND04 in April 2021 along with ICICI Bank’s pre-approved papers, which was valid still in November 2021. I have paid them Rs, 50, 000 and Rs. 8, 50, 000 in the second lot.
They failed to any documentation and are now today asking for more paperwork to get the loan from some other financial institution.
There are not responding to any kind of communication. Only their sales lady, Sriparna picks up the call sometimes.
After looking into the facts and their credibility, I now decided to cancel this deal and I now need a refund. Also due to the pandemic, my finances are very tight, which I have already informed them.
Now I need to pay for my daughter education. Please help me to get the refund asap.
