In the website there is no option to return.

I open my parcel but it was not at i ordered it is not even 300 rs. Instead of this it is old and it has many holes in it.stop doing this fraud

Return address mentioned in the parcel is also not correct. Contact number mentioned is out of service.

HI, I TOO ORDERED COMBO PACK OF 2 SAREES.
I PAID THE CASH AND THEN AFTERWARDS, WHEN I OPENED THE PACKET I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE ORDINARY SAREES OF NOT EVEN 100 RUPEES VALUE.
WHEN CONTACTED THE GIVEN NUMBER, IT IS SHOWING OUT OF SERVICE.
A VERY BIG AND FAKE COMPANY IT IS.
IF I CAN GET THIS PERSON, I WILL TEACH HIM A LESSON THAT IN FUTURE HE SHOULD NEVER EVEN THINK OF CHEATING ANYONE.

It is fake website and the contact number which they have given its out of coverage and the sarees which they shown in website they are not going to provide which we selected sarees they provide full low quality which is not at all usefull sooo this is fake website craftworld is useless and fake they are making money but there is no promptness waste website and we ordered a banaras sarees we got fulll cheap ….its thirdclass website plz dont buy any items from this useless fake website craftworld 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
