My wife, (ENROLMENT ID CM/10/2022/6712) has taken membership from them in Hyatt Hotel Janakpuri, New delhi. They have assured us a vacation plan of 10 years. (or 81 nights). We have paid 30, 000 through G pay and remaining 1, 09, 500 cash payment. After many reminders they finally sent us a confirmation mail of our payment and provided us a enrolment ID, mentioned above. Now neither they are answering our calls nor replying our booking requests through email. It is completely fraud company and I have decided to take a legal action against them.
