Club Mahindra Holidays is refunding the money earliest

Cancellation request 101-814 was already raised on 28 th of Nov 2022 it was being communicated refund will be provided with in 90 days now it’s is more than 6 months still refund is not provided.also why another cancellation request 103-909 is opened when there is already old request is open .Pls explain why such unprofessional behaviour.why we are not following club Mahindra owned policy guide lines why we are harassing customers and not providing amount which they should get back on time
Pls reply and do the needful in refunding the money earliest.
