Club Mahindra Holidays is Membership cancellation but no refund received yet

I had been writing since 1st March 2023 regarding cancellation of my GoZest membership taken on 25th Feb and request for cancellation was made on 1st March 2023.
Despite writing number of mails on numerous calls made on the customer care ID, I have not received my refund yet. Everytime I make a call to ask about it I get a reply that it is under process.
Finally I had to speak to Mr.Deepak Kumar as he facilitated me in taking the membership, he reassured on 1st April through a whatsapp message that I can expect a refund after 4th April. It’s already 11th April and I am still waiting for the same.

It’s quite disappointing that I am getting such an experience from so called brand like Club Mahindra.

Thus requesting you to please expedite my case and refund my money as soon as possible as I am in urgent need of money.
