The sales representative upgraded my season from white to red making false claims and promises. The sales representative guaranteed that by upgrading to higher season, I would be able to get rooms when I want. However, it is not happening, I am still not able to book rooms as it is always WL. I searched over the internet and found several users complain about unavailability of the rooms.
I mailed to the support saying that I want to downgrade my membership and the advance I paid for upgrading should be adjusted for the yearly charges for membership, however now support is saying that they don’t have the policy of downgrading and hence cannot do. This is pure cheating and mental harassment
