I own a White studio membership and not allowing to book a holiday for my family as they are keeping ransom for ASF payments. The ASF bills were raised every year and it is more than 20K today which is not at all justified. We paid lakhs to buy the membership and now holding ransom to use the facility for additional amount they call as ASF. There is no ethics and commitment from the company to resolve customer complaints and they just calls and ask, bargain for the ASF payments only. I regret spend my earnings to buy this kind seless product and got cheated. The Mahindra name associated with this product was the trust but now realized that no one is clear when it come to fool customers.
