My membership number is CJ/MA/0907. I request them to book an hotel room at Nainital from 5th Aug2023 to 8th Aug2023. I given request via email on 15th Feb2023. But after contacting and writing them so many mails regarding status of my booking first they said we have sent your request to our IRA Property and will let me know.Now they are telling me that you please mail us in the mid of April2023. or give alternative option.I have already booked my confirmed tickets 2 months before now its not possible to get a confirm ticket on alternative dates.
Please don’t Harres the member of your Club Jiva. Hope you will understand the problem and give me booking on the required dates.
