I had done the original booking through Go Air under CT Flex program offered by them. CT Flex gives flexibility to reschedule the flight for one time. I had rescheduled my flight from Go Air to Indigo.
My refund for cancelation of Go Air is still not been given by Cleartrip.
Their Customer Service is pathetic or atrocious. Multiple calls made to their call centre. They don’t understand their customer problem neither has any proper answer. Also the responses from their CS is like a black box. They keep making false promises.
Refund still not done or even initiated after 7 days of raising the request.
Don’t buy tickets from them. They are fraudsters.
