I order a jersey from caseitup.in and made the complete payment. On jan 25, they mailed me saying my order was canceled and that i shall contact payu money for refund as they hadn’t released the payment to them. On checking with payu, i got to know that the payment was released to them on the same day, i. E., jan 04 (Date of order). Now they’ve stopped replying to my emails and are not processing my refund.
