Budgetticket is Refund not received Tickets not booked

I have been charged Rs.14, 670 for a two-way ticket and later got a pop-up stating oops! Your ticket has not been confirmed. I tried reaching out to them through the CS number and email for my refund. However, I have only received an automated response stating: Kindly advise if you wish to have any alternate option (it may include the fare difference) or else advise us to initiate the full refund against your pending booking.” But when I reply to the email asking for a refund, nothing is being done from their end. Highly unprofessional and unresponsive.
