We had purchased the LDPE sheet from them. We have given them the sample of the material that we wanted and in the first lot they provided the material according to our sample but later on, they gave us the worst quality of material and they have got the payment of the complete material in advance. After the poor quality of material, we have used their half of the material by taking the loss on ourselves. Due to this material we have faced the huge loss. When we were not able to use the remaining half material we told them to just take this material back and just pay us the amount of the remaining material and then they said okay. But when we sent the material at their premises and they received the material then they started ignoring our calls and they didn’t picked our calls . After months of taking the material back they just gave us part payment of the material. After that they said that do whatever you can do . We have complete GST bills of the material
