Apple India apple company cheating customers

I have purchased iphone 7 plus in the month of feb-17. After using 4 months suddenly the phone does is not working. The handset is not detecting airtel sim. I have visited maple service centre at vashi six times and have returned without any proper solution. The executives on the front desk are not at all capable and needs thorough training to deal with customers. Sorry to say the approach has been of a real unprofessional one. They make people wait for 45 mins and once your turn comes they are clueless what needs to be done. I sincerly hope somebody takes care of them provide proper training. Now coming back to my handset i would like get my handset changed immediately as you are unable to repair it to my satisfaction. Seems apple in india is just to mint hard earned money of innocent indians and later leave them in doldrums when it comes to providing proper services… I am not sure whether my complaint will be addressed or not… If anyone is planning to buy any apple product think twice before putting your hard earned money so called big brands cause you will repent. Invade of guys are interested in resolving my issue you can get in touch with me I will narrate the entire episode or you can check your record of my suffering on job no – vah. Details can be taken from mr. Abhijit sawant from your “esteemed organisation” at inorbit, vashi service centre… My last request stop duping innocent customers please.
