I have had nothing but an extremely bad experience with 23 Digital website design – they do NOT deliver, cannot deliver, give themselves “anglo” names even though they are outsourced to somewhere like pakistan, India or surrounds. Many programmers from this part of the world are great but they don’t need to lie and mislead people.
They do NOT have proper offices and are using virtual offices and phone numbers that are giving the impression they are actually a real organisation.
Waste of money and highly illegal in Australia – don’t touch. I have asked for my money back but they keep obfuscating and pretending that they are going to do what i actually instructed them to do.
Its the lies that really get to me and the mispresentation that they are somebody that they are not – very disappointed with 23 Digital and would never use them again 23digital.com.au
