I paid 10Pro Consulting, Dubai UAE, in advance of AED 5,000.00 + 10% Vat on September 12, 2022 and another AED 5.000.000 + 10% Vat for immigration consulting services and job contract for Portugal employment placement. But they misled me by giving me false and inaccurate information and services and worst was they gave me a null & void contract. Because of what they did to me, it’s just right to demand for my money back which I paid them for agreed & supposed right services and a valid job contract. But they have been denying their mistakes, particularly by my case handler or agent. They asked me to make an statement of what happened to my application for Portugal employment but they negated my statement and decided that they will not refund me. I have attached a video of a Staff in Portugal FE law firm representing 10Pro Consulting that our 10pro case handler Virginia Tempestini advised them to cancel my job contract.
My case handlers from 10Pro Company are Virginia Tempestini and Mark Padagas. I entered an agreement with the company for Portugal Employment Placement Program on September 9, 2022 and gave an advance payment of AED 5,000.000 + 10% VAT for immigration consultations services and for finding a legit job contract from a legal company in Portugal. On October 27, 2022 I paid another AED 5,000.000 + 10% Vat for the Job Contract from Sazonal And Estival Company. Then, Virginia Tempestini was responsible in arranging for an appointment with Portugal Embassy for my entry visa to Portugal. She didn’t know that there was no Portugal Embassy in Bahrain and I was the one who informed her that it is in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. She contacted the Portugal embassy in Riyadh but she informed me that the appointment she can get is only in May 2023 which is a month to expiry of my job contract with Sazonal & Estival. So I asked her and Mark Padagas what must I do. They advised me to apply for Schengen visa in lieu of the D1 visa, an entry visa for those with job contract, and that it is even a quick & easy option to enter Portugal. They also told me that their lawyers in Portugal will process the documents required when I reached there and that my employment visa will be ready even before I enter the country. I followed their advice and I got a Schengen Visa from Spanish Embassy. I called and informed Mark that I got my schengen visa. I asked him how many days my Schengen Visa must be valid upon entry in Portugal and he told me that I can enter even at the last day of the visa validity. With faith and trust in 10pro I went to Portugal with 4 days Schengen Visa validity. But it was to my big shock to know that my job contract was cancelled and 10pro representatives were proposing a free lancer visa which is impossible for me since I paid for employment not for free lancer status. The FE law firm told me that the cancellation and about Free lancer visa was advised by Virginia Tempestini. Since I am not for Free Lancer Visa, the law firm assured me of another contract and that they will extend my schengen visa. So a new contract was signed between my new employer and me. When I talked to Virginia what happened, she did not talk to their representatives as she was saying that she was busy. On January 12, last day of my Schengen Visa, FE law firm after confirming my travel to the worksite on that very same day, told me that I am not qualified for the job which contract is signed by me and the new employer; that they could not extend my Schengen Visa despite of their assurance, and that I must leave the country. So I talked to 10Pro and they took their responsibility of repatriating me since they deceived me and put me in a traumatic and shocking situation. So since I’ve got back to Bahrain, I have demanded for my refund since they offered me fake services and job contract and have caused me more financial, moral, and mental damages.
