I have booked a 2 BHK Flat in Xrbia Vangani J4 014 in 2016. At the time of booking the executive promise to give possession in 2019. But it’s 2022 now.. if we not pay any EMI, L&T send notices to us from court. Police came to our home to arrest us. We are suffering a lot after buying this house. Why Govt not taking actions against builder like banks taking against us.
we are paying rent of Rs. 12000/- n EMI of Rs. 9000/- I can’t afford these expenses..
I request to builder either pay our rent or cancel our property and loan..
