I have booked a ticket from travolook website from Delhi to Mumbai on 19th October 2021 for 01 passanger but it got cancelled due to technical glitches or operational error as mentioned by your executive who called me immediately with 10 minutes of booking the ticket.
Within 30 minutes I received a mail from their end that my ticket had been cancelled and refund of full amount 4686 have been initiated to my source account, the reference number for the same is REF and it will be credited within 7 working days but it has been more than 184 days (06 months) yet I haven’t received any refund to my account. A total of Rupees 4686 amount is pending at their end. And whenever I talk to their executive they only fooling me and giving excuses of technical issues for not getting my amount credited to my account and only giving another time period for the same to get credited.
I’m fed up with their replies, so I emailed to aviral.Regarding my issue asked them to look into the matter and kindly refund my money back or I have to take legal action against them as I have all the call records and e-mail threads of the conversation I had with their executive and this is my last warning to them just to threaten them if, my money didn’t got credited back to my account within this week. But then also they only respond a computerized generated reply and there is no sign of getting my money back.
Kindly help me in getting my money back .
