I am Harinadham, in the year 2009 I have purchased a land (Open Plot) of 133 Square Yards with Plot Number 20, in Venture of Greater Hyderabad Paradise – 2, Situated at Thalakondapally (Village and Mandal) of Mahaboobnagar District, Registered at Kalwakurthy Sub – Registrar, Under Survey Numbers: 254/1, 255/3, 255/4, 255/6, 255/7, 257, 257/1, 258, 258/2, 259, 260, 260/1, 261, 262, 262/2, 262/3, 263, 264, 265/1, 265/3, 265/4, 266/1, 266/3, 267, 267/4, Purchased from M/s. VVR Housing Pvt. ltd. represented by its Managing Director Mr. Vaka Vasudeva Rao, S/o. Late Vaka Ranga Rao. Mr. Vaka Vasudeva Rao DOB: 08/09/1969 and PAN: ABMPV2806J (As per the records provided by himself).
I feel that I have been Cheated and Deceived by M/s. VVR Housing Pvt. ltd. and its Managing Director Mr. Vaka Vasudeva Rao, because as per his Brochure he has promised to provide Roads, Electricity, Water, Drainage, Security… but now the site is like Jungle.
I am seeing many complaints of Fraud, Cheating against this company and it’s MD in almost all their projects. Also, as their head office is closed and he is absconding, now don’t know where to go?
Let’s unite and fight this fraudster.
