I have taken nifty options service on payment of Rs.15990/- for two months from Vrp capital and this amount was paid on 30.10.20 and services started on 3.11.20 and I was asked to download Telegraph as they used to give their tips on telegraph and WhatsApp. On the same day I requested them to refund the money since services are not reliable and I booked losses. Their executive mentioned that we will refund the amount of service is not as per your satisfaction. From that I have made 100 of calls and sent messages through WhatsApp and mobile but they never pick up the phone and after that they have blocked my WhatsApp and mobile no and not responding Inspite of my enormous efforts.
More so In support of my claim I have recording with executive asking me that you can get refund if you feel that service is not satisfactory.
This has already been sent on their mobile no 8197542085 and more so they have only this contact no which has already been blocked for me and I feel that after taking money they stop communicating with customers and swallows their hard ear money.
Please take the appropriate action an get my money refunded and teach them lesson so that they stopped cheating people any more.
