VRL Travels is worst communication to customer

When none of the seats were booked in the bus and a customer books 5 of 32 seats from the VRL Bus booking mobile App and no seats are reserved. When called up customer care, then I get to know that transaction was success and because of their technical problem the seats were not reserved and all the preferred seats are allocated to other customer bookings.
Transaction was successful from my side and seats were not reserved, assuming that email / sms might be delayed, I contacted Customer care after 3-4hrs later and no proper solution was provided and refund is initiated.
VRL has to take strict actions on solving their technical problem in newly launched Mobile App / Website to reduce problems happening with the Custimer.
