We booked a holiday to S/Africa oct 2021 with travel unravel, flying with british airways, paid £17722.53, british airways cancelled our flight on the 27th november 2021, we have been in a dispute with this agency since, they are refusing to pay us our money and blames our bank, we are in conntact with the bank, no help, in contact with the company, no help, we are pensions who saved hard to see our 3 nephew’s in S/Africa after their mothers death, my sister.
