Vide PNR NO (R4N97Q) in Air Asia a ticket was issued on 22 July 2020 for KUL to LGK but due to Covid it got cancelled. An amount of Rs. 15058 it charged me and I have been communicating with the Agency for refund for last 02 years. Still I am waiting for refund but nothing positive response i have received till date.
