I have joined membership with name of Anita Jain, Post joining I have tried to book a package with company but no satisfactory answers from their end. I first mailed them regarding booking for last week of Feb but at that time they reverted that I need to mail 15 days prior, then I planned for second week of Feb which is for 10th Feb, , I mailed on 25th Jan, but since 25th I have not received any details for booking, just a mail that we are working on your query.
No one picks call at their customer support as well, also the Sales representative not pick call, if picks call he is very rude
