Inquired about Canada immigration process eligibility with Terminal Overseas agent Suraj over phone . Further, Mr. Suraj called and texted on several occasions to enroll faster by paying first since the Canadian jobs availability were filling down according to him. Later on, Mr. Suraj went on and assured me that he is having his Canadian attorney to move further in the process considering out US immigration history. I enrolled with them by paying Rs.35, 000 including every other charges inclusive. After couple days, I checked in, the status with Mr. Suraj, in response which he would tell me few more days more for the visa appointment, every time I asked him. He took the appointment finally which was over a month from the date of enrollment. As per our conversation, Mr. Suraj was taking care of all the documents and email me the prepared file before the appointment. He would not sent me the file excusing he was out of office or busy with other clients. Every time i call he would assure me of sending the file in 10 minutes but failed to do so. Finally a night before the appointment date he assures me of sending the file in the morning by 11 where my appointment was at 1 pm. I explained to him that I have print the files in the stationary shop since I did not have printer at my home, further which he sent me the file at 8 at night before the appointment date . Mr. Suraj purposefully sent the file late so that I cannot review the file.
There were several mistakes in the file which I came to known after submission:
1. It was indicated in the application form that I was removed from Canada in the past, although I never visited.
2. Itinerary shows route from US to Canada, where we do not have transit visa to pass US and nor Mr. Suraj was offering transit visa services to us.
3. There was no US immigration explanation as assured by Mr. Suraj at the beginning.
4. There were several mistakes in the application form including my passport number, mother tongue language and family information were all entered incorrectly.
Mr. Suraj when confronted of his mistakes and wrong doing after taking Rs.35000 for doing nothing, he says he is just an employee .
I request this forum to confront this business and claim our refund. We are group of 4 guys who were enrolled and got scammed, none o[censored]s had positive response from their services.
