They sold out 5 years Gold membership to me by giving false commitment. Sale person Mr. Abhishek and Devilal told me that I will get Suite or Higher room category of Rs.15000 and more as per my membership. But now I am going to plan my holidays, Customer care is saying that I am eligible for Deluxe room only as per my membership which cost is around Rs.2000. It is totally fraud. I am very upset, they took my hard earned money by false commitment and fraud. Please help me to get refund my hard-earned money. I have paid Rs.33000.
