Striker Stock Research — fraud in stock market

I am manish vyas, s/o, rajnikant vyas, is residing in vadodara, gujarat. I am doing service in company and little bit investment in stock market for gaining additional profit from it. Few days ago mr. Mayank rajveer (Contact no. [protected]) from indore, madhya pradesh contacted me for help in stock market for more profit. Initially he asked me to pay rs. 3000/- for providing tips on share. He gave me tips on future stock in which i lost rs. 50000/-. So i asked him to help in recover of lost. So he told me to pay rs. 20000/- for premium package activation. I paid it and then immediately call back me to pay rs. 20000/- more because entire package charge is rs. 40000/- so i paid again. Then he transfer my call to their research dept. For recovery of lost but he asked me to pay more rs. 60000/- as entire package charge. After that i call back to mr. Mayank rajveer again and explain this and he told me that system has automatically accepted higher service package so i have to pay more rs. 60000/-. So that i requested to refund my money but he denied to pay as no policy. I told him that i didnot asked to activate service for which i have to pay rs. 100000/-. Since beginning he did not explain me about their service charge fees. Whole day i conversate with him and then he suggest me to pay rs. 30000/- and rs. 30000/- will pay by him and when i got profit (As per his statement he give profit of rs. 350000/- on next day. So i paid again rs. 30000/- then again call from other person (Contact no.[protected] for pay more money rs. 18000/- as gst charge. So that i paid it. After that they told me that u will get invoice tomorrow morning after procedure complaining. Next day he did not give any profit or recovery which i lost but i talked with him and he told me that he will give profit as commitment in next 4-5 days. On same day evening other person from striker research (Contact no. [protected]) call me to pay rs. 30000/- so that invoice generate and give to me. So i denied and took conference call with mr. Mayank rajveer and that person and they tried to expain me that u have to make payment or else your entire amount will be lapse which will not refund and also u will not get any tips in stock market as committed.

During entire discussion and procedure, as i said there was no information of any package charge and activated system without my knowledge and asking to pay amount frequently. Now they are harassing me to pay amount. I asked them to refund my money but they denied. They also give tips in which i lost which was intentionally. I request to take legal procedure against them and help me to refund my money.
