Iam Revathy .client id CH11641. i opened demat account in sky commodity ashok nagar branch on january 2019. that time i was worked in abroad so RM spoke very well and convinced me that he will help for me to trade by placing order so thats easy for me to trade through watsapp message. if i message him to take order he will take nu. so he told to send mail to branch that i will accept rm to trade. that time i thought he is telling for my goodness.i followed his order blindly i sent mail. but that day itself i sent to watsapp that if i told to place order just do it . no over trade .he told he will not do trade with out consent. the email format he is the one sending through watsapp . i have that watsapp proof . some times he will trade without my knowledge if loss occurs he will ask sorry for that.and he will recover. iam not hard spoken charector so i spoke softly and my messages also not wound others.iam always telling leave it please dont do here after. he will keep qiet for some days and will start again. he continuosly doing volume based trade. aenakku adhu puriyavae illa.he loss my account daily 5000 and 10000 continuously .at one point of time i spoke hard and sent mes stop trade. he kept quiet and he asked sorry. then april first week he talked with me in your account more loss happened sorry for that . you make your account 5lakh the risk is only 50000rupees only. minimum permonth one lakh profit we can take all our lossed money . then on april second week lost 90000 with in one day. i asked that day he replied i will recover the same day nu. then he loss one lakh in one day the next week he took account for recover section. april 25 end of the day he took 6 lot crudeoil for carry forward without my knowledge and he informed after i asked in the night. i said oh ok.. but dont hold more nu.april 26 friday i was not in the mood to see market due to personal issues i am taking update from him only. i open my odiene at 1pm and i just saw the market and went . again i opened around 5.30pm just seen screen i left . iam not seen the netposition details. around 7.19 pm just open the netposition i was shocked.. my god 100 lots buy 5o lots sell . 50 lots hold . that same time iam messaging him not reply . i called watsapp not answering. then i was panic that time. then he is replying 5 minutes pls. then he is explaining 50 lots hold if going down i will put hedge. then he asked payin he want to recover. i told no money . he covered all position made loss around 4lakh. my god my 5lakh account he told risk 50000 but my account he made loss 4lakh. i complained to branch and head office .no use. complained to igrc but they submitted my email as a proof. he is the one guided me too send that format. but igrc dis allowed my claim. further iam planning to go in arbitration. literally the sky employee accept his fault what he did. but the sky commodity thinking their revenue.not about client.. with in 6 month they made volume in my account 450 crores. it shows their motto. they did loss for their volume. please dont go anyone to sky commodity . they dont have any knowlege about trading.but they will wash your brain very nicely. i went claim for only 370000 rupees. but my actual account was 13lakh… i took only 15000 payout. they will tell we will give service. but dont trust and send anymail. they are cheater… i have watsapp proof but they will ask mail proof. their service not for client development, all their own development only. they will never here your complaint.they will tell all procedures they did legally. but the real is starting from account opening all procedures they are doing away from legal norms. i can prove everything. planning to handle legally…made big forgery also.
