On 29th nov 2021 Mr raj gautam booked plot f+35 in phase 3 in radha krishna bato ka jewar.
I pay immediately 17100 in gpay and handed over indusind bank cheaque 051326 &051327 totally 7.65 lacs
It is amount finalises after negotiations with company for 90sq yard plot @8500
I kept wat for last three months
Instead of daily follow up they not responding to email also block my number not picked my phone
When I told I am going to consumer court they made partial refund of rs14000
I am really frustrated with them
And request your help in either alloting me plot at finalised rate
Or refund me full amount
Legally I am bonafide for double amount
