I was appointed by Shivalik Buildtech Pvt Ltd. Address: A1/A, 2nd floor, Sector-16, Noida, UP-201301. and working with them since 05th of February-2021. Till 15th of July-21.
On 14th of July-21, they served me a verbal notice in a meeting held by their Accounts-in-charge to leave the organization. On the next day 15th of July, I circulated their verbal notice by drafting it in a mail to regularize this discussion and a copy of the mail was also circulated to its MD & Director to request my clear due salary and full and final payment (Copy of mail attached)
I have also communicated telephonic to its director and Accounts-in-Charge so many times to get my due salary and full & final payment but no response received till date. On 10th of August-21 I sent them a request by mail to clear my due salary but was unable to get any response till now.
Request you to kindly help me to get my due salary or kindly forward my application to the concerned public authority.
