We had taken a house from Sai Ashirbad Infratech Pvt Ltd owner Subodh Rout Pramod Dash on 27th Jan 2018 (registration date) and the completion date was 2 years from registration as per agreement. But with advance payment and lots of follow up finally we got the house in 2018. But the house construction is so low grade that there is seepage fro the walls, roofs, there are cracks in the walls, low-grade roof grinding, the boundary wall fall down within six months, no water drainage from washrooms, colour coating are peeling off. We told the builder several times regarding the issues through calls, message, whatsapp mail but he is just ignoring and not replying at all. He did not even provide BDA approval copy which is written in the agreement. For road he had told us that he will give 20 ft road as per Govt guideline but he is giving only 15-16 ft now. Even he is not even making the concrete road and the roads are so muddy that it is very difficult to move the vehicle. We are following up with him every day but no response from his side. Please help me to resolve this issue.
